Harvested by hand, each lemon is peeled by hand, ensuring every drop is infused with the pure essence of the fruit. Our traditional recipe combines the zest of these hand peeled lemon skins, along with a touch of olive tree leaves, infused in a blend of sugar and water. With no preservatives or artificial colors or flavors, every sip captures the essence of Adelaide's diverse lemon varieties and the passion we have for creating a true taste of authenticity.
