Using a variation of our Australian Dry Gin, we steep dried Quandong for 24hrs and then backsweetened with Orange Blossom Honey from Cambrai.
The result is a bitter-sweet, full strength gin that borders on being an aperitif. Great in a negroni or with ginger ale.
